Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposals and Quotes.
Fayette County is a 4th Class County and follows the County Code Section
16 P.S. 1801 & 1802 for the purchases of all services and property.
Sealed Bids, RFP's and RFQ's are received in the Office of the County
Controller, Courthouse, Uniontown PA, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, unless otherwise
indicated in the advertisement
Information is advertised in accordance with the Code.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by contacting
Warren Hughes
County Manager at 724-430-1200 ext 212 or at his office which is located in the
Commissioners Office (lower level) of the Fayette County Courthouse.
Bids and proposals are, at times, disqualified due to the failure to fulfill the
bid/proposal specifications.
