Fayette County desires to extend the range of services offered to citizens and businesses by providing 24-hour access to public records, information, services and government officials.

     Public searches of records filed in the Offices of the Clerk of Courts, Prothonotary, Register of Wills and Recorder of Deeds are not yet available through eServices. 

     The elected row officers are in the process of microfilming dated public records through their Records Department and are presently reviewing options for providing online searches of public records filed in each of their prospective offices.

     On-line payment service offered through GovPay is available for payment of delinquent taxes through Tax Claim Bureau and for payment of criminal cases through the Clerk of Courts and electronic monitoring payments through Adult Probation. To access this service you may go directly you to On Line Payments  OR go to the individual Home Page of the county office for more information.
