Mission Statement
The Register of Wills Office is the filing and docketing office for the Orphans Court division.
The Office is located on the first floor in the Fayette County Courthouse.
The Register of Wills provides quality and efficient service to all who use the office.
It is the goal of this Office to provide electronic access to public records
and public information through eServices, however, at this time, the service is under development.
The Register of Wills Office does not provide Downloadable Forms.
